凯德毕业生发展计划（GDP）旨在将工作经验不足两年的高潜力年轻毕业生培养成为凯德未来的管理层。毕业生发展计划为毕业生提供实现个人成长发展的机会以及全面的学习规划，让毕业生实现全面发展。

参与计划的毕业生能通过在房地产各领域和不同国家轮岗，了解接触全球各地的市场，还可积极参与凯德业务的各方面工作，更有机会与凯德的高层管理人员见面交流。
